For companies that wish to use our services, the membership fee is 125 EUR - 172 USD or 1300 RMB. Please note that this is a one time fee. When a company decides to hire a candidate that we have referred to, it would have to pay recruiting fees equivalent to 1 to 3 months of gross salary of the candidate.

FAQ 003. How long does the member subscription valid for ?

For candidates seeking for employment, the subscription is valid for 6 months. However, it is possible to extend the subscription for another 6 months.

FAQ 004. Would candidates from less prestigious universities be less advantaged?

Having a diploma from prestigious universities is certainly perceived as a real asset but firms do not solely hire these types of profiles. From our experience, we know that other elements such as previous working experience, personal motivation and interests are as important. It is mandatory to enlist your resume on our database. Prior to submitting your resume, you must register. When we receive your subscription, your completed and updated resume and your information on the application form, the career adviser will then analyze your application and will propose you a phone interview in order to get better acquainted with you and further understand your preferences.

FAQ 007a. What should I do if I registered and paid and do not hear from you afterwards ?

If you do not receive news from us within 24 hours, please send us an email. A career adviser should always contact you within 24 hours of your registration. However, if you register during the weekends or Chinese holidays, we will be unable to contact you until we get back in the office.

If you are a registered member, you automatically will receive by new job offers via emails.

FAQ 011. Who can view and have access to my resume ?

Only our career advisers and firms that we introduce your profile to can view and have access to your resume. If you wish to conceal some information to specific companies, you would have to provide the names of the companies and reasons as to why you would like to conceal the information.

As anonymous resume is a resume that conceals your family name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
