The company
We are made of a multicultural team composed with associates, an
executive team and European and Chinese advisors. We have a
comprehensive working experience in the fields of education, human
resources and international relations in Europe, Africa, Asia and North
America. Shanghai Guolang was created in May 2005 and is registered at
the Trade Register of Shanghai . It was funded with a capital of
1.000.000 RMB - around 100.000 EUR or 130.000 USD. The brand-names
"job-china-returnees", "job-china-haigui", "internships-china",
"Stages-Chine®" and the brand "Stages-Chine™" are the property of
Shanghai Guolang. |
Suzy MA - CEO and Founder
Suzy, a "returnee"
herself, has a solid experience in human resources and education. She
was actively involved in the establishment of the Management School of
Lyon - EM Lyon, former Sup de Co Lyon. For 7 years, she was responsible
for the promotion, the recruitment and the Alumni club in China - EM
Lyon China Club.
 Suzy
is currently the representative of IAE Grenoble in China - Grenoble
Institute of Management. Suzy obtained a French MA of Science of
Education (1990), as well as an MBA "France in Shanghai " from the EM
Lyon, Grenoble EM, IAE Grenoble, and IAE Lyon. |
Nicolas MILONAS - General Manager
In
2003, after 25 years of experience in different worldwide executive
positions, Nicolas decided to leave Europe and come to China to
collaborate business relations with Suzy. Nicolas obtained his bachelor
degree from the Saint-Denis University, Institute of Technologies
majoring in marketing techniques (1972), a MA in management (1977) and
a Postgraduate Certificate in International Marketing (1978) from the
University of Paris IX Dauphine. He also has an eMBA from the
International School of Management - Paris - Tokyo - New York.

The team
Shanghai Guolang is comprised of an interdependent and multicultural
team. Though we are fairly a young firm, our staff is experienced,
dynamic and multilingual. Our team can speak Mandarin, Shanghainese,
English, French, Greek, German, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, Indonesian,
Russian.

Our network "special returnees"
Knowledge, experience and networks combined within Shanghai Guolang
have enabled Suzy and Nicolas to rapidly develop new services. Today,
Shanghai Guolang is expanding and now is offering services for Chinese
and foreign candidates as well as for recruitment and headhunting
services to companies.
Our service for returnees was created as a result of daily contacts
with numerous companies. Having consulted with these firms, most have
expressed a strong interest in recruiting returnees. With this need in
mind, we have established a new service. Our target is very specific to
provide both candidates and firms the highest service quality. |
