Our services in 10 steps

1. We attentively analyze your needs, taking into account your activities and the further development of your company.

2. A career consultant will personally be in charge of your file.

3. We evaluate the assets of your company and its difficulties to attract and maintain highly qualified profiles.

4. We create a personal file for your company according to your preferences in recruiting staff.

5. We select all the candidates that suit your requirements.

6. We contact every candidate and present them information regarding your company, advantages and specificities in business.

7. We organize a direct contact with the pre-selected candidates - by phone if they are not currently in China.

8. If necessary, we provide you with some advice you may need in order to help the negotiation or the decision making process.

9. When you sign a contract with a candidate we have introduced to you, you will then be required to pay us the fees, equivalent to 1 month of the gross salary of the recruited candidate - around 8.5% of the annual gross salary.

10. Our guarantee: if the candidate you hired leaves the company within 3 months from the day of the recruitment or if the company does not wish to keep the candidate within a 3-month period, we are able to propose you another suitable candidate. This guarantee is limited to one candidate per job vacancy.

Fill in a short application form and pay the annual fee for company membership of 125 EUR - 100 USD or 1250 RMB.

You will receive immediately your code for your personal file, the email address and phone number of your personal advisor.

Once you received this code, you will have free access to our Extranet where you can post jobs and fill in an application form with keywords.

Your personal consultant will organize a phone interview with you and create your personal data sheet with your needs and preferences on the candidates you are seeking.

If necessary, we can also assist you to revise your job description.

Your file is then completed.

We will seek qualified and suitable candidates and put them in touch with you.

When you sign a working contract with a candidate that fits your expectations, you are then required to pay the fees. |
